Manchester City has secured the signing of English talent Jeremy Munga after reaching a final agreement with Leicester City and the player, as confirmed by reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Romano stated that the deal is valued at £10 million in total, as Manchester City successfully concluded negotiations and outmaneuvered Arsenal, who were keen on acquiring the player but failed to reach an agreement.

He noted that Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca played a crucial role in convincing Munga to join the club by presenting him with a long-term project that ensures his development with the team.

Arsenal was the frontrunner to sign the 16-year-old talent before Manchester City managed to snatch the deal at the last moment.
